SHIPPING POLICY

Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

We primarily use Australia Post for most deliveries.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the location of the destination address. In the event of a shipping delay, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events, we are not responsible.

If we receive your package back due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for correction, and reship the package at an additional charge. You are responsible for the shipping costs and any associated fees if you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped.

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders (standard shipping) over $60.
